Pigeon & bird removal
Greyman specialises effective removal of pigeons from feed mills, grain storage, shopping centers restaurants, office buildings, warehouses, schools, train stations and more.
Pigeons pose as a public health risk for numerous reasons. Not only can they potentially transmit parasites between populations of domestic, feral and seabird communities when gathered in large numbers, but they can cause significant damage to your properties and attract other pests such as rats, ticks, and cockroaches.
A common cause of building and monument damage is caused by pigeon droppings which are acidic and corrosive. Pigeon problems can also block gutters and drains from built up pigeon debris on your premises.
We are fully licensed, experienced and qualified to carry out pigeon pest removal services for all property types – in the city or country.
Common (Indian) myna control
The common (Indian) myna is listed among the world’s 100 most invasive species. Mynas aggressively compete with, attack and eat other birds, and they are a significant risk to many small native Australian birds.
Many councils lend traps free of charge for small numbers of birds. For large populations, Greyman OPS provides efficient, humane destruction programs using precision air rifles and thermal scopes. We use FX Impact M3 PC air rifles with highly adjustable power to avoid damage to sheds, buildings and other infrastructure.

Feral animal control
We can also manage other wild animals- Dogs, Rats, Pigs, Foxes, Rabbits and Cats.
Feral cats can cause a significant impact on small native animals, birds, lizards and insects.
They also can be responsible for passing on diseases such as toxoplasmosis. This disease can impact both native animals and livestock.
Shooting can be conducted during the day and night. There are various techniques of shooting that can be implemented, including the use of spotlights, night scope or thermal vision. All these techniques can be employed to increase the efficiency of feral cat control activities.
Rat & Vermin Control
Rats pose a serious health risk, spreading disease and causing significant damage to wiring and equipment.
Often, rats become immune to baits and poisons, rendering those treatments ineffective.
Greyman Ops use highly precision equipment and thermal optics to perform humane destruction of vermin.
Do you have rats??
Rats are nocturnal, being most active between dusk and dawn and usually hide from humans during the day. It is often easier to spot signs of a problem, rather than the actual pest.
- Sounds in the roof – Rats will make quite a lot of noise moving around the roof. Mice are a lot quieter
- Droppings – Rodents will leave clusters of oblong shaped droppings. Rats droppings are up to 19 mm long, mice dropping are a lot thinner and shorter, up to 7 mm
- Damage – chewed boxes or packets of food are an obvious sign. They will also gnaw hard materials to help file down their teeth
- Footprints– in dusty areas it is quite easy to spot their footprints and tail marks.
- Nests– rats and mice will collect soft materials such as insulation, paper and grass to make their nests
- Burrows– rats and mice will dig burrows outside, preferably in raised banks with vegetation for protection
- Odours– with an establish infestation, with the nest nearby, there can be a strong smell of urine
- Rub marks– when rodents have been in place for a while they develop runways which they travel along on a regular basis. Where these runways meet the wall, there will be oil rub marks where their fur has contacted the surfaces.
If you think you have rats, it is important to act quickly to control the level of infestation and reduce the health risks posed by this rodent.
If your current rat & vermin programs are not reducing or eliminating rat umbers, Greyman Ops provides humane destruction services, that compliments your current provides services.
